When visiting our webshop, placing an order or contacting our customer service. These are just a few examples of where we collect data from you. All with a purpose, anyway. But we think it is good to inform you about this. That is why we have described in this privacy statement the moments where we process personal data.

Use of our webshop
When you visit our webshop, various information is collected from you. These are not names, email addresses and telephone numbers, but more technical data. This includes your IP Address (anonymized!), cookies and your browser data such as your browser type Chrome, Internet Explorer or FireFox.

Your IP address and browser data are examples that we use in Google Analytics. With this software we can see how visitors like you use our online store. We have entered into a processing agreement with Google to make agreements about the handling of our data. We also allow Google to view the obtained Analytics information when we ask them for support. And if we have received your permission, Google Analytics will temporarily link the data as described above to your Google Account, so that you will see personalized advertisements through remarketing.

When you visit and use our online store, we obtain certain information from you. And that can be personal data. We only store and use the personal data provided directly by you, in the context of the service you have requested, or for which it is clear when provided that they are provided to us for processing.

Cookies
Cookies are used in our online store. When you visit our online store for the first time, a message will be shown in which we explain why we use cookies and which cookies you want to accept.

Do you want to delete or disable cookies?

Please note that our webshop may no longer work optimally.

Place order (without or with account)

If you place an order with us, we need various information from you. These are:

  • Email address
  • Name
  • Last name
  • Delivery and Billing Address
  • Phone number
  • Payment details
  • IP address

This information is necessary to receive payment and ensure that your order arrives at your home. We ask for your email address so that we can send you a confirmation with an overview of your order, as well as the invoice. We mainly use the telephone number to keep you informed of changes to your order, if necessary. We collect the IP address to exclude fraudsters from visiting our webshop.

If you order from us with an account (you can also create one when ordering), we will keep the data for as long as you want to keep your account. After all, the reason you created an account is probably because you don't want to have to fill in all the information again and again.

Additional information that you will find in your account is:

  • Your previous orders;
  • Your address book;

We will not provide your personal data to third parties unless this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement you conclude with us or if this is legally required. In the event of suspected fraud or abuse of our online store, we may transfer personal data to the competent authorities.

Contact Us

If you have any questions, complaints or feedback, you can call or email us. To help you with this as quickly and effectively as possible, we use various information from you. Initially only your name, email address and/or telephone number. But if you have ordered from us before, we can also view your order history. This is linked to your email address. Saves you having to search for an order number again!

Apart from the above information, you choose which information you share with us. The data you send us will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your email requires it to be fully answered and processed.

Subscribe to Newsletter

We also occasionally send a digital newsletter. Would you like to unsubscribe from the newsletter? That can be done super easily! Open the latest newsletter you received and then click on the link Sign out which is at the bottom. Are you stuck? Then you can also send a message to our customer service, but it will take a little longer.

Social Media

Social media buttons are included in our online store. Especially with blogs. When you click on such a button, the relevant social media party places a cookie on your computer. To find out more about this, it is best to consult the privacy statement of the social media platform itself:

We then store data for a maximum of 3 years for the described statistical purposes. The data will then be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the tax retention obligation of seven years for payment data).
