Shipping costs are free from €35. Below this amount you pay €4,99.*
Belgium & Germany:
Shipping costs are free from €49,95. Below this amount you pay €7,50.*
Denmark, France, Italy, Austria, Portugal & Ireland:
Shipping costs are free from €99,95. Below this amount you pay €13,95.*
Luxembourg:
Shipping costs are free from €99,95. Below this amount you pay €11,95.*
*Shipping costs will not be reimbursed if you provide an incorrect address!
Delivery times
We only deliver after payment has been approved via IDEAL.
After payment you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days.
Our orders are delivered by DHL.
If the product you ordered is not in stock and the delivery time of 1 to 2 days will not be met, you will receive an e-mail message from info@fixmyhair.nl with the expected delivery date.
Exceptions
During busy periods such as Christmas or special promotion days, different delivery times will apply.
Shipping after prepayment via IDEAL
You can pay with IDEAL in our online store. This works quickly and easily. Especially because all major banks are participating in this. With this payment service you can pay for your internet purchases directly with one click within your own familiar internet banking environment.
Return orders
You can return an order to us by post within 30 days of the receipt or collection date. To return shipments, please follow the procedures below.
Returns
If you return a product, we request that you complete our returns form and enclose a copy of the invoice.
Do not forget to stamp the package sufficiently.
We also recommend that you take out additional insurance for the package, as you are responsible for the return shipment.
We will only refund your purchase amount after receipt of your return shipment and after checking the products. Opened products and/or hairpieces will not be credited.
Returns are processed within 3 to 4 weeks.

If you need your order urgently, you can pick up your order at one of the following addresses. Please note this is only possible by appointment.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
