This straightening comb is designed to straighten out hair it’s they’re different to hair straighteners and hot hair brushes. This has wider teeth, so it glides through hair effortlessly without snagging or pulling. This reduces the chance of breakage and helps to eliminate tangles.

You’ll find it gentler on your hair and easier to use. Even if you’ve got very thick, unmanageable hair, don’t dismiss the hot electric comb because it’s fine to use on any hair type. That means fine hair, medium-thickness hair, thick hair and long hair.

Instructions:
-Shampoo, rinse and towel dry your hair.
-Apply a small amount of pressing oil or pressing cream to your entire head of hair
-Finish drying your hair completely with an electric dryer
-Section your hair. The size of the section should be one half the length of the comb and one half of the depth
-Heat the pressing comb
-Test the pressing comb against a white towel. If scorching results, the pressing comb is too hot. Allow the pressing comb to cool.
-Grasp a small section of hair between your index finger and thumb. Hold the strand upward and away from the scalp
-Insert the pressing comb into the hair section close to the scalp. Hold the hair stand firmly against the back of the comb. The back of the comb does not press.
-Turn the comb slowly away from you. Draw it up through the entire hair strand until the hair ends to pass through the teeth.
-Repeat this procedure until all sections have been pressed.

Recommendations on how to safely use the comb!

Only use on dry hair.
Always apply a heat protecting barrier spray.
Only use the right temperature for your hair type.
Don’t repeat areas more than once or twice.
Limit using your hot comb to twice a week.
Always give your hair a deep conditioning treatment when washing to rehydrate it.

Do not use the pressing comb with flammable hair products
Clean the pressing comb before and after use
Do not use the pressing comb near wet surfaces
